Liaise with Sourcing channels partners such as Recruitment Portals, Headhunters, Media and Social Media in developing recruitment Communications and develop Application pipeline.
•Shortlisting of Candidates in line with the internal Job Architecture and Job Profiles.
•Liaise with internal stakeholders and setup Selection Assessments and execute to closure of candidate signup
•Execute the pre-joining / Onboarding formalities of the finalized Candidates and maintain relations with rejected candidates
•Create and maintain Tracking of Recruitment process related information to evaluate the efficiency of the Recruitment Process and for decision making.
•Ability to Manage the Recruitment and Selection process through the Human Resources Information System.
•Plan and develop Recruitment Campaigns and communications to create potential Recruitment pipeline and maintain Employer Branding.
